If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Participation Agreement


By purchasing The Breath Portal, you are agreeing that you are responsible for your personal wellbeing within the space, that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically well enough to participate in breathing techniques. That you are equipped to manage any thoughts, feelings, energies, emotions and/or traumas that might arise for you as a result of the given breathing techniques, and if necessary, you have been cleared by your doctor to participate.

You are responsible for ensuring that the selection of exercises (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and the intensity of practice are appropriate for you based on your health history and your level of fitness and mental and emotional health.

No teaching or practice in this space is intended to replace medical advice.

You are agreeing that Rachel Bednarski, is not responsible for your experience and if changes/transformation/release/and/or healing do or do not occur.

No refunds will be issued once the course begins and your results are completely dependent on you and how you decide to utilise the course.

If you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full, regardless of how you utilise the course.

If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the course until payments are fulfilled.

All content in this program is intellectual property of Rachel Bednarski and must not under any circumstances be copied or plagiarised in any content either paid or free. This is for your own personal transformation, not for resharing or selling as your own property.
